Description
Background

Bacopa Caroliniana is a hardy and attractive stem plant characterised by its thick, oval leaves. It grows steadily under low to medium lighting and does not require CO₂, though supplementation will improve growth rate. Under higher light, the leaves may develop subtle bronze tones.

It is well suited for midground or background placement and provides a strong visual contrast to finer-leaved plants. It is easy to trim and propagate, making it ideal for long-term maintenance. Bacopa Caroliniana is an excellent choice for both beginner and experienced aquarium enthusiasts.

Directions

Plant the stems closely together in a bunch. This will ensure the plants have enough space to grow and sprout side shoots to create a bushy effect.

Cut healthy tops and replant, and lower nodes will sprout side shoots. Trimming will encourage to plant to grow denser.
