Shipping policy

We take special care to ensure your aquatic plants and equipment arrive in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packaged with insulation. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery Methods

Next Day Delivery (order before 3pm): £4.95.
Free delivery on orders over £50*.

Live Plant Delivery

Live plants are dispatched Monday-Friday.
Plants will be carefully packed and protected to ensure safe transit.

Oversized Item Delivery

Very large and oversized items (e.g. certain tanks, stands & cabinets) will require pallet delivery. We will agree and arrange a delivery date for the best suitable time with our clients.
Delivery to Scotland (excluding Highlands) may take 1-2 additional days.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently deliver to:

England
Wales
Scotland (mainland only, excluding Highlands)
