2HR AQUARIST APT e Estimative Index Aquarium Plant Fertiliser

The EI approach pioneered by Tom Barr is designed to provide a unlimited / unconstrained amount of nutrients to plants based on a professionally Estimated Index of their needs. APTe provides a calibrated version for richer coloration and algae control.

Example of APT's relative concentration compared with a 50-year old European 'big brand fertiliser'. APT contains 5X the amount of Phosphorus (P) and 6X Potassium (K) per ml.

For optimal results, combine regular fertilisation with a water change routine of at least 25% every two weeks. If algae becomes problematic, increase water change frequency up to 50% and introduce fast-growing plants to help balance the aquarium ecosystem.

Available in convenient 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 500ml, and 1000ml sizes to suit aquariums of all dimensions.

Ingredients: 1.6% Total Nitrogen (N)
- 1.6% nitric nitrogen,
1.7% Total Phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5),
8.5% Total Potassium oxide (K2O),
1.6% Magnesium oxide (MgO),
0.18% Total Iron chelated by EDTA, DTPA and EDDHA. NPK (Mg) fertiliser with micronutrients and trace amounts of Boron (B), Copper(Cu), Manganese (Mn), Molybdenum (Mo) and Zinc (Zn).
1.6-1.7-8.5 (+1.6).
All nutrients are completely water soluble.
