Description
Background

More commonly known as "Blood Vomit", it is a rare Australian native aquatic plant with needle like red-green leaves. Under optimal lighting, it develops tight clusters that are essentially several plants growing in a cluster.

Directions

Perfect for creating lush foreground carpets, Centrolepis Drummondiana offers a distinctive alternative to traditional carpet plants, with its contrasting colours. It prefers higher light and CO2. Hardier than most rare plants, and once established it can be prolific.

As the plant matures, it will grow more and more heads within its cluster and increase in size. If the cluster becomes too large, it can be detrimental to the plant itself, and must be split.
