Description
Background

Plagiochilaceae sp. Cameroon is a rare and delicate liverwort originating from Cameroon. It has branching a structure and natural lobed leaves that run along the a central vein. It resembles a fern with extended fronds, and great for adding texture to the aquarium.

This species grows best when attached to hardscape like rocks or driftwood rather than planted in substrate. Moderate lighting is recommended, as excessive light can cause stress or algae growth on its delicate fronds. While growth is slow, consistent humidity, clean water, and stable parameters will encourage healthy development.

Directions

Attach moss to hardscape with cotton threads or superglue. It doesn't mind being slightly shaded. Gentle water flow will help keep the fronds clean. Trimming will keep it compact and promote new growth.

It can be easily propagated by dividing and reattaching to a piece of hardscape.
