Description
Background

Anubias 'Kirin' is a unique variety known for its deeply textured, crinkled leaves. Its unusual leaf structure adds character and contrast to aquascapes, making it an excellent accent plant.

Like other Anubias varieties, it is extremely hardy and well suited to low-light aquariums. It grows slowly and requires minimal maintenance, making it ideal for beginners as well as advanced aquascapers looking for a focal plant. The rhizome should not be buried and is best attached to driftwood or rocks.

Directions

Attach the plant to hardscape such as driftwood or rocks, allowing the rhizome to be exposed to flowing water. This plant is well-suited for low-light set ups and does not mind being shaded by other plants. To propagate, cut the rhizome with at least three leaves and reattach it to hardscape.
