Description
Background

Anubias 'Jungle Star' is a rare and recent variety of Anubias that is very popular with collectors and serious hobbyists. It has dark green pointed leaves, similar to that of Anubias 'Chili Jalapeno' but slightly larger and broader. It is great for smaller aquariums or can be used to add detailing to larger aquascapes.

The plant grows from a rhizome and should be attached to driftwood or stone. Growth is slow and controlled, making it easy to maintain without regular trimming. Leaves are firm and tolerant of a wide range of water parameters, which makes this plant suitable for both beginner and established aquariums.

Directions

Attach the plant to hardscape such as driftwood or rocks or plant in substrate, allowing the rhizome to be exposed to flowing water. This plant is well-suited for low-light set ups and does not mind being shaded by other plants.

To propagate, cut the rhizome with at least three leaves and reattach it to hardscape.
