We take special care to ensure your aquatic plants and equipment arrive in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packaged with insulation. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, so you that you can receive your packages ASAP.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Delivery (2-3 working days): £2.95
  • Next Day Delivery (order before 2pm): £4.95
  • Free shipping on orders over £50

Live Plant Shipping

  • Live plants are shipped Monday-Thursday to prevent weekend transit
  • Plants will be carefully packed and protected to ensure safe transit

Equipment Shipping

  • Large items (tanks, stands) may incur additional shipping fees
  • Additional insurance available for high-value items
  • Delivery to Scotland (excluding Highlands) may take 1-2 additional days

Delivery Restrictions

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently deliver to:

  • England
  • Wales
  • Scotland (mainland only, excluding Highlands)

Returns Policy

Live Plant Returns

In the unlikely case you are not happy with your plants you may be eligible for a return. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we handle these returns on a case-by-case basis

  • Photos must be submitted on day of delivery
  • Full refund or replacement for dead on arrival (DOA) plants

Unfortunately we cannot offer a return after 24 hours upon receiving your plants, as plant care and responsibility would fall upon the owner. Please visit our Plant Care page for guidance, or contact us if further support is needed - we are always happy to help.

Dry Goods Returns

  • Unopened items within 14 days of delivery
  • Defective items within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original packaging with all components

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  • Contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery
  • Keep all original packaging for claim purposes
  • Replacement shipped once claim is verified

Return Process

  • Contact customer service to raise a return ticket
  • Package item securely with item number clearly marked
  • Ship to provided return address
  • Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refund Options

  • Original payment method refund
  • Store credit (additional 10% bonus)
  • Exchange for another item
