1. Identify the plants you wish to trim and choose the desired height or shape.

2. Position the curved blades at a suitable angle, keeping the cutting edges clear of rocks, glass and other hard surfaces.

3. Trim in small sections, making controlled cuts and checking the shape as you work.

4. Remove loose plant cuttings with a net or tweezers after trimming.

5. Rinse with water after use, dry thoroughly around the blades and pivot, and store in a dry place.
