Description
Background

Limnophila Sp. 'Orange Laos' is a rare feathery stem plant with fine leaves that transition from green to orange and pink hues. Under higher light it will become more colourful. It is a delicate plant that is smaller than the common Limnophila, and can be used in the fore or midground.

Its growth rate is slightly slower than typical stem plants, and therefore more manageable and less maintenance.

Directions

Plant the stems closely together. This plant can tolerate slight overcrowding, therefore it can be planted closer for a bushier effect. Will do better in mature tank conditions with adequate lighting, fertilisation and CO2.

To propagate cut healthy tops and replant, and lower nodes will sprout side shoots. After a few trimmings, the bottom rooted part of the plant will need to be removed, and the healthy top trimmings replanted.
